Awkward silences

I don't know but don't you think that probably getting a smart phone isn't a great thing? Probably the creation of itself shouldn't be part of the present.

I'm on the phone like freaking all the time that sometimes you just forget how a real conversation goes and I miss that. Right now I'm blogging with my boyfriend sitting across of me, quietly doing his own thing, having nothing to say. Sigh.

Where were the times you struggled to keep a conversation going rather than run off to use your smart phone because of the awkward silence?

I want random questions, debates and talks like when we didn't have smart phones. :(
